With 18 years of experience teaching at top gyms across London, my passion for fitness and love of teaching bring me absolute joy. I believe workouts should be motivating, entertaining, and entirely unique.
While my roots are in high-intensity Spin—bringing the thrill and hardcore challenge of the outdoor terrain inside—I have expanded my expertise to offer a fully rounded fitness experience. Today, I specialize in Yoga, Aqua Aerobics, Body Pump, and am thrilled to now offer Pilates.
Whether we are pushing through a heavy Body Pump track, flowing on the Pilates mat, or making a splash in Aqua Aerobics, I bring a special touch to every session through my music. Expect to hear exclusive remixes and world beats, ranging from Bollywood, Bhangra, and Soca to Arabic, Turkish, and House.
My goal is simple: to help you work to the absolute best of your ability. You will break a sweat, you will feel the burn, but above all, you will leave with a smile on your face knowing you had fun doing it!
